AMG Technology Investment Group, LLC d/b/a NextLink Internet (“NextLink”) values the privacy and security of consumer information. This Privacy Policy describes the type of information NextLink collects, how it is used, and options regarding certain uses of this information. This policy applies to NextLink website (“Site”) visitors, applicants, and subscribers of its Internet phone (VoIP) service and/or Internet access service (“Services”) residing in the United States.
A. Information You Provide
NextLink collects information when you visit its Site, communicate with the company, and when you establish an online account or register to use its Services. This includes information you provide such as name, address, telephone or mobile number, date of birth, gender, driver’s license number, Social Security Number, and payment information and related financial information, including CVV, expiration date, and billing address.
B. Information Automatically Collected
Whenever you visit, interact with, or use NextLink’s Site or Services, NextLink, as well as any third-party advertisers and/or service providers, may use a variety of technologies such as cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, log files, local shared objects (Flash cookies), HTML5 cookies, or other technologies to automatically or passively collect certain information about your online activity.

They may also combine information they collect from your interaction with the Site or Services with information they collect from other sources. NextLink does not have access to, or control over, these third parties’ use of cookies or other tracking technologies.
NextLink uses the information it collects to: deliver, maintain, and repair its Services; establish, monitor and maintain account and billing records; measure credit and payment risk; provide account-related services; assist with service-related issues or questions; manage and protect its networks, services, and users from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses; improve and personalize its services, research and develop new products and services; determine your eligibility for new products and services; use in the aggregate for analytical and demographic purposes; deliver marketing offers to you that are among the categories of service to which you already subscribe and other communications-related services; and for other purposes disclosed at the time of collection.
NextLink may share your information with: agents, affiliates and subsidiaries providing communications-related services for business, operational, promotional and marketing purposes; third party service providers that provide business, professional or technical support functions; third parties and marketing parties in connection with marketing communications-related service offerings; law enforcement or a government entity to comply with valid legal process or as otherwise required by law; third parties to protect the security of NextLink’s Site, services, systems, and database or to protect users of those services and other carriers from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use; and other entities in the event of a sale or transfer of business or assets.
A. Cookies and Ad Choices
Certain parts of NextLink’s Site require cookies. You may adjust your equipment or Internet browser settings to limit certain tracking or to decline cookies, but by doing so, you may not be able to use certain features of the Service or take full advantage of all of its offerings. Please refer to your equipment’s settings or your Internet browser’s “Help” section for more information on how to delete and/or disable your equipment or browser from receiving cookies or controlling your tracking preferences. NextLink provides its customers with the opportunity to update their information or opt-out of having their information used for purposes not directly related to placement, processing, fulfillment, or delivery of its Services. To opt-out of marketing communications, you may:

• Unsubscribe from its email communications at any time by unsubscribing or following the instructions contained within the email.

If you receive marketing communications from one or more NextLink affiliates, you must opt-out individually from each of the affiliates from which you are receiving brand-specific marketing communications. Your instructions to limit the use of your information for these purposes will be processed as soon as reasonably practicable.
C. Updating Your Information
If you wish to verify, correct, or update any of your personal information, you may visit the “Account Page” on the Site to sign into your account, or otherwise contact NextLink at the address or e-mail in the “Contact Us” section below. If you choose to deactivate your account, NextLink may still retain certain information for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce Terms & Conditions or other policies, take actions it deems necessary due to technical and legal requirements, and as dictated by constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of its Site and Services.
NextLink does not direct its Site to, nor does it knowingly collect any personal information from, children under the age of thirteen. If NextLink learns that a child under the age of thirteen has provided personally identifiable information to its Site, it will use reasonable efforts to remove such information from its files.

NextLink has taken certain physical, administrative, and technical steps to safeguard the information it collects from and about its customers and Site visitors. While NextLink makes every effort to help ensure the integrity and security of its network and systems, it cannot guarantee its security measures.
NextLink reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, remove, or otherwise revise portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. When it does, NextLink will post the change(s) on its Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these terms signals your assent to these changes.
