Referring is easy! With Nextlink’s Refer a Friend Program, for every friend you connect to Nextlink, you could receive a $50 credit on your next bill. If your friend becomes a Nextlink customer, we’ll credit your account! The more people you refer, the more you could earn!

FAQs

How much is the referral credit and how many people can I refer?

Referring customer will get a $50 credit for each eligible referral. The Referral Program is unlimited so you can submit as many referrals as you want!

Who is eligible?

Referral credit offer available to current Nextlink customers. Customer must complete the online referral form in order be eligible for the credit. The Referral must reside in a Nextlink serviceable residence, not currently subscribe to any Nextlink services, and cannot reside in an active Nextlink customer’s address.

Any new customers whom you refer must sign up for Nextlink service within 30-days of the referral submission. Former customers whose service has been disconnected for less than 90-days, or who have back balances outstanding, will not qualify for the referral credit. Referring or referred customer cannot be a Nextlink Employee.

Are there any limitations to my getting a credit?

Yes. You need to be a current customer in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) with Nextlink at both the time of referral and when the referral is ready to post to your account. The referral is not valid if it is received after the prospective customer has placed an order with Nextlink and is awaiting installation. The new referred customer must be installed, maintain active service for at least 30 days and be in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) before the referral is eligible. Once eligible, the credit will be submitted to the referring customer’s account and may take up to 30 days to become available.

If I have unused credits and I cancel my Nextlink services, will I be reimbursed for those credits?

No. Any unused credits shall expire upon cancellation of service for any reason and cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash or refund.

How will I be credited?

Credit will be applied to referring customer’s account. The new referred customer must be installed, maintain active service for at least 30 days and be in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) before the referral is eligible. Once eligible, the credit will be submitted to the referring customer’s account and may take up to 30 days to become available. Credit shall apply to future Nextlink services and cannot be used for past due balances.

How will my referral be contacted?

A Nextlink Sales Representative will contact your referral at the phone number you provide.

Will I be contacted with a status of my credit?

No. If you would like to inquire about the status of your credit, you will need to call 855-698-5465.

I submitted a referral credit for my friend, they signed up for service, but I never got my credit?

You will need to call 855-698-5465 to verify your eligibility of the credit.

After the 30-days, if both customers have active service and are in good standing (i.e., no past due balances), the credit will be submitted to the referring customer’s account and may take up to 30 days to become available. The $50 credit will be applied to the next billing cycle of the referring customer’s Nextlink bill. The Nextlink Referral Program is not available to Nextlink employees.
