AFFOrDABLE CONNECTIVITY PROGRAM

AFFORDABLE CONNECTIVITY PROGRAM

Affordable Connectivity Program FCC Logo

The federal government recently announced that the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) could end as early as April 2024 if the program does not receive additional funding. We are urging the White House and Congress to renew funding to keep this important program available for you. However, if the funding runs out and the federal government retires the program later this year, your ACP benefit would be removed from your account, and you would be responsible for the full cost of your internet service.

What do you need to do now?
Currently, there is nothing that you need to do. If you currently receive ACP benefits through Nextlink, the ACP benefit will remain on your account, and we’ll contact you again at least 60 days before the program ends to let you know next steps including available pricing and plan options that we have to meet your needs.

Is there any way to save the ACP Program?
We understand the importance of this program to our customers and have been actively advocating with Congress for its continuance. We encourage you to join us in telling Congress how important the ACP is to you at this link https://www.dontdisconnectus.org/.

As we receive additional information on the future of ACP, we will share it with you. We expect to have additional updates in March.
