Nextlink Keeping Our Communities Connected

Nextlink offers relief for customers for 60 days but will reassess if the COVID-19 Pandemic continues beyond 60 days.

Now more than ever access to high-speed Internet is crucial during the Stay-at-Home orders across the states we serve.

Nextlink will comply with the FCC’s pledge, released on March 13, to Keep Americans Connected Pledge. Below are a few ways we’re helping consumers, small businesses, and enterprises across our coverage area.

Consistent with FCC Chairman Pai’s “Keep Americans Connected Pledge” and concerns raised by members of Congress, consistent with Nextlink’s core values to serve our communities, we are proud to support our customers by pledging that, for the next 60 days, we will:

• Not terminate the service of any wireless, home phone or broadband residential or small business customer because of their inability to pay their bill due to disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
• Waive any late payment fees that any home phone or broadband residential or small business customer may incur because of economic hardship related to the coronavirus pandemic.
• Open public Wi-Fi hotspots around the ISDs we serve and they request this for students without Internet access.

This pandemic is causing many hardships and Nextlink is here to help wherever necessary. Please contact us at 855-698-5465 for sales, service or billing support.
