Nextlink Internet is honored to support the Kewanee Food Pantry with a $500 donation.
The Kewanee Food Pantry was established in 1989 and is a private nonprofit that collects, stores, and redistributes food to residents and the community. Annually they distribute one million pounds of food. The Kewanee Food Pantry also participates in local drives & outreach programs such as “Letter Carriers Food Drive” and “Backpacks for Kids.”
Feeding the local community is a passion of theirs and they know how to stretch a dollar. For every dollar contributed, the Kewanee food Pantry can distribute $18 worth of food. A $10 donation will enable us to distribute from $180 worth of food. For a donation of $150, you can sponsor a child to receive a backpack for an entire school year.
