Help A Child Benefit
On October 27,2021 Nextlink Internet presented a donation of $500.00 dollars to the Help-A-Child Benefit in Sulphur Springs, TX.
Nextlink is honored to partner with the Help A Child Benefit to fulfill their mission of supporting local foster families, in addition to the Northeast Texas Advocacy Center & The Scottish Rite Hospital. We believe that our continued combined efforts enhance the communities we serve.
The Help A Child Benefit is an organization hosting local fundraising activities with the of mission of supporting children in need. Over the last fourteen years their contributions have brought countless blessings to area children. In 2021 the Help-A-Child Benefit teamed up with local area Masonic Lodges to contribute $30,000.00 dollars to scholarship programs. Additionally, they were able to support local families, and continued their contributions to the Northeast Texas Child Advocacy Center and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.
The Northeast Texas Child Advocacy Center is “Breaking the Cycle of Abuse, One Child at a Time!,” utilizing community support, cooperative partnership of law enforcement, legal services, child protective services, medical services, and therapeutic care providers. They proudly serve the counties of Camp, Delta, Franklin, Hopkins, Rains, Titus, Upshur, and Wood.
Scottish Rite for Children is a world-renowned leader in the treatment of pediatric orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and fractures, as well as certain related arthritic and neurological disorders and learning disorders, such as dyslexia. They help to improve the lives of children by providing quality care for these disorders. Additionally, they strive to improve the care of children worldwide through innovative research and teaching programs.
