COMING SOON: BETTER, FASTER, FIBER INTERNET
Construction is underway in your neighborhood
Nextlink Internet is starting construction on a new fiber network in your neighborhood!
You may see signs at your neighborhood’s entrance letting you know that Nextlink fiber construction is underway and that our construction crews will be in the area.
Please rest assured that we are committed to making this construction process as easy as possible for you and your neighbors. Please read through our helpful FAQs below and if you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
You can send us a message through the form at the bottom of this page or call our Fiber Construction department at 855-903-4169.
What do I need to do to make sure that underground items (sprinkler system, etc.) in my yard are not damaged?
Please notify us if you have any items under your yard that we need to avoid. You can either mark these items with pink flags, spray them with landscape-safe paint, or report them directly to Nextlink with the form at the bottom of this page.
Does Nextlink have permission to be on my property?
Yes. We have the legal right to access the designated utility easements. These easements typically run along a back alley, street, sidewalk, rear lot line, or between two lots. If the easement is within a fenced yard, our construction crews will need your help to access the area.
Will Nextlink ensure that my property is not damaged?
We will make every effort to minimize impact to properties and leave everything as it was prior to construction beginning. Once construction is complete and weather permits, we will restore lawns in areas where digging occurred. Additionally, if any damage to property does occur, rest assured we will cover the costs to restore it.
When will I be able to get fiber internet installed at my home?
If our construction efforts are currently underway in your neighborhood, please be sure to visit fiber.nextlinkinternet.com and enter your address. This will register allow us to communicate construction updates to you as well as ensure you are one of the first homes we contact to schedule an installation appointment once construction is complete.
