Sign up for text alerts to receive important appointment reminders, outage updates, and more!
Signing up for alerts is easy.
1. Log into your account through Nextlink Connect
You can log in through your phone or computer.
If you have not already dowloaded the app, click one of the app store buttons below to get started. Visit our app page if you would like to learn more.
If you prefer to log in from your computer, you can do so here.
2. Opt In to Notifications
Choose which types of notifications you would like to receive.
After you have logged in, click on your Account and then scroll to the bottom of the screen under Settings and click Notifications.
Next you can manage the types of notifications you would like to receive: Billing, Account Changes, Outages, and Appointment reminders.
Click the first notification type you would like to manage. Next, toggle on/off the methods of notification you would prefer: Push, Text, Email. Save your changes when you are finished. Once your changes are saved, you can Close the window.
If you want to set up more than one notification type, repeat the steps above until you are finished.
At any time in the future if you want to change your preferences, you can log in again and follow the steps above.
3. Confirmation
After you have opted in to text notifications, you will receive a confirmation message sent via SMS text to the phone number you provided.
