Nextlink Internet: Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

When you opt-in to SMS messaging–whether through the Nextlink Connect app, over the phone, or through the Nextlink website–you consent to receiving SMS messages regarding Nextlink services including billing, service appointments, account changes, outages, marketing, and other services.

We will send you an SMS message to confirm. Consent to receive recurring automated text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Nextlink reserves the right to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages at any time. Nextlink also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent; we’ll notify you when we do so.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply by texting “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just reply by texting “START” and will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If at any time you need assistance, just reply by texting “HELP”. After you send the SMS message “HELP” to us, we will respond with information on where to find support information as well as provide a phone number for additional assistance.

Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Nextlink, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We are generally able to deliver messages to US domestic mobile carriers.
