For all Exhibitors who have purchased a Direct Internet Connection from Nextlink:

Husker Harvest Days 2024 is quickly approaching and Nextlink Internet is excited to be your internet provider for this event! Please read below for important information pertaining to your Direct Internet Connection Order as well as what to expect before, during, and at close of the event.

BEFORE THE EVENT

Beginning the week of August 26th, we will be calling the point of contact that you listed on your order to confirm the expected arrival time. At this time, we will go over what to expect for your internet installation and may request additional details about your lot, tent, or building as well as where you would like your router installed. This call will also give you an opportunity to ask any additional questions you may have.

YOUR INSTALLATION

You will need to provide a weather-protected location with a 120 volt power outlet where we will plug in the Router and PoE Power supply.

If you had requested a Wi-Fi network name (SSID) on your order, we will preconfigure the router with that information. Otherwise, we will choose one for you. The Wi-Fi network name and password will be written on a small card attached to your router.

If power was not available at the time of your installation, you may need to plug your router in to the outlet or an extension cord so that it receives power. After being plugged in, the router should come up with the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password on the card. You can connect to the internet at that point.

If you are unable to find the installed router or connect to the internet, please call or text 402-770-9251 and we will come and assist you.

AFTER THE SHOW

After the show ends, you must return the Nextlink router and power supply. You do not need to return any other piece of equipment. Please return these items to the Nextlink Building (Lot 234), located on the north side of the show grounds at Central Avenue and Second Street. IMPORTANT: If the router is not returned by 3:00 PM CT on Friday, September 13th, you will be charged a non-returned equipment fee of $150.
