Can I use my own router with Nextlink service?

Yes. You can use your own router for the direct connections. We will provide an ethernet hand to you that will connect to your router.

For the Wi-Fi that will be available in the shared tents and buildings, you will not need a router.

Will the direct connection be a special type of installation?

No. For direct connections, the installation process will be very similar to a standard internet install.

For those who are located in the shared tents or buildings, the Wi-Fi Pass will not require an installation. You will simply connect to the Wi-Fi at the event and follow the on-screen instructions.

Where do I schedule my installation date and time?

Once we get a little closer to the show date online ordering will be available.

Can I call ahead to schedule an installation time?

If you are purchasing a direct connection, fill out the form below and include the expected date and time of your arrival. Once we get a little closer to the show date, a Nextlink representative will contact you with more details.

Who do I contact with questions?

Nextlink staff will be available at our building on lot 234 to provide support during the event.

Is there anything I need to provide if I am purchasing a direct connection

The only thing you will need to provide is a dry, covered location to put that router so that if it rains it will not get wet. Additionally, we will need to have access to two (2) standard 120v outlets to plug the PoE and Router into.
