NEXTLINK NETWORK SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE:

DATE/TIME: April 16, 2017 2:30am – 4:30am
EXPECTED DURATION: Customer impacting changes will be 2 hours in duration
MAINTENANCE PERFORMED: Nextlink will be upgrading the network core
CUSTOMERS AFFECTED: All customers
IMPACT: All Voice and Internet services will be down with minimal throughput for the duration of the upgrade.
ACTION REQUIRED: There should be no action required by our customers. If your service has not restored after the upgrade, please power cycle your router or see  troubleshooting tips. Please note that if you are conducting after-hours backups or downloads, they will be interrupted during the upgrade.
